At Drydock Co., we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australia and the United States. Your order will be dispatched from the closest available warehouse depending on stock and delivery address.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–9 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and peak periods.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to your email.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to high demand periods, courier delays, or customs processing. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. Any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
