Warranty & Returns Policy
DryDock Co. products are built to perform. This policy covers your rights and our obligations in the rare event something goes wrong.
12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Every DryDock product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, at no cost to you.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects including motor failure, electrical faults, and any failure to perform as described. Our TurboFan is rated to deliver over 1,000g of force at Level 4. If your unit does not perform to this specification under normal operating conditions, that constitutes a defect and is covered.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, or misuse
- Water ingress beyond the product's rated conditions
- Damage from use with incompatible accessories or power sources
- Normal wear over time
- Change of mind
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email us at hi@getdrydock.com with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A short video clearly showing the fault or the issue you are experiencing
- A brief description of the problem and when it started
Claims submitted without video evidence may not be accepted. Video evidence allows us to assess the issue quickly and get a resolution to you faster.
Do not send any item back without first contacting us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed, we will respond within 3 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair. In cases where a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 5 business days of that determination.
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product specifications, videos, and FAQs before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, contact us at hi@getdrydock.com and we will help.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damages on Arrival
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hi@getdrydock.com within 48 hours with photos or video and we will make it right promptly.
